92pts Owen Bargreen, International Wine Report.
"The ‘Without Rehearsal’ Sauvignon Blanc was made with 80% new oak prior to bottling. This is the second vintage of the wine. The wine was partially aged in concrete (Semillon). The wine begins with aromas of toasty brioche with shades of banana and Pink Lady apple and marzipan that all build in the glass. The palate shows wonderful texture with cantaloupe, banana and gobs of mouthwater acidity. The freshness here really shines."

Food Pairings: Summer melon salads, chicken, salmon, or on it's own!
