Region:  Yakima Valley, WA, USA
Aging:  6 months being aged in 75%
used French oak, 15% concrete egg and 10% new French
oak
Alcohol: 14.3% abv
Tasting Notes:  Lemon curd, white peach and honeysuckle intertwine with a touch of toasty notes. A velvety richness is balanced by minerality and electric acidity.
Food Pairings: Oven-roasted chicken, shellfish, stuffed whitefish, grilled asparagus, pork tenderloin
