A tidbit about the grape(s)/wine style
DuBrul Vineyard was planted in 1992 by Kathy and Hugh Shields. Their daughter, Kerry, a graduate of UC Davis Wine is the current winemaker. This rose is made from Cabernet Franc grapes that were grown and harvested specifically for this rose. The grapes were hand harvested by their all female crew with whole clusters going directly to press. Fermentation in cool stainless steel helps to retain fresh, delicate aromas.
