Aging: Hand harvested, spontaneous ferment, aged18 months neutral French oak 
Tasting Notes: Bright red fruits include cranberry, pomegranate and currant. A nice balance comes from a touch of spice and notes of brown sugar (though NOT a sweet wine). Super vibrant acidity keeps it enticing and fresh.
Food Pairings: Chinese 5 spice duck, Salisbury steak with mushrooms, pork tenderloin.
